Colli di Luni Vermentino

Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC Mortedo it is a selection of grapes grown in the municipality of Santo Stefano Magra, after a first selection in the green pruning phase, all the processes follow to better preserve the product; during the harvest, which is carried out manually, a selection of the bunches is adopted in order to obtain a wine composed of 90% Vermentino, 5% Malvasia and 5% Albarola. A Vermentino is produced with notes of freshness and pleasantness that are released from native vines such as Malvasia and Albarola. The winemaking process follows the same procedures that are adopted for Vermentino Superiore Boceda, with the only differences of a maceration on the skins for about 6 hours and a temperature in the tank of about 14 degrees.

Made from 100% Vermentino grapes from the La Boceda farm on the hills of Ponzano Superiore, the flagship wine of the company. After a preferential maceration on the skins and a soft pressing, it ferments and ages in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for two months. Bottling period at the end of March
